The Registered Radiology Technologist (RT) is a valuable team member who provides extraordinary care in making patients feel comfortable and at ease. The Rad Tech is responsible for performing medical imaging examinations under the direction of a physician in an urgent care setting. The Rad Tech works as part of a specialized team that is trained in the recognition and treatment of urgent to emergent patients while using sound judgment, ingenuity and initiative. Responsibilities will include preparing patients for exams, performing diagnostic x-rays, responding to patients’ needs, accurate completion of documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and fellow employees. In the urgent care setting, the Rad Tech will be given additional responsibilities to include rooming patients, taking patient vitals, phlebotomy, and other patient care as needed.

Shift Details: This position is PRN, or as needed. Hours may fluctuate each week from 0 to 40 hours as there are no guaranteed shifts for this on-call/PRN position. Clinic is open Sunday through Saturday 8 AM - 8 PM. Shifts will vary within clinic hours and may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as 12-hour shifts.

Additional Information: This position will also be used to cover shifts at other InstaCares with in the Utah County region including American Fork, North Orem, Provo, Springville, and Payson.
- Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Current Radiology Technologist (RT) licensure in the state of Utah
- This position requires verifiable current Healthcare Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR certification. An original card must be verified prior to start date or the job offer will be withdrawn. For additional information regarding CPR requirements please visit our Job Requirements Page .

- Previous work experience as a Registered Radiology Technologist
